Jamuna Railway Bridge Construction Project

I worked as a Marine Engineer in the Marine Team at the Jamuna Rail Bridge, where I was involved in a range of challenging tasks related to marine equipment in the river. The project was supported by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), and I collaborated with IHI (Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries) throughout the project. My role involved handling complex engineering tasks, ensuring the successful execution of marine operations, and managing various technical aspects in a demanding environment.

I had the privilege of working in the Marine Department of the Jamuna Railway Bridge Construction Project, a landmark infrastructure initiative in Bangladesh. This project, officially known as the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Railway Bridge, is a symbol of national progress and a vital step towards enhancing the country’s rail connectivity.

Throughout my tenure, I contributed to various marine operations critical to the project's success. It was both a challenging and fulfilling experience, requiring precision, teamwork, and dedication to ensure the smooth execution of our tasks.

Being part of this historic project was a matter of immense pride for me. Completing my role successfully, alongside a committed team, gave me a profound sense of accomplishment. I take great pride in knowing that my efforts have contributed to a transformative project that will positively impact millions by improving transportation, fostering economic growth, and connecting regions.

This experience not only strengthened my professional skills but also instilled a deep sense of commitment to contributing to the development of my country.
